Our Story:

"There Must Be Something in the Water"

The Wilson name is carried through multiple generations of men. The Father, Terry, was the youngest of 3 boys. He then went on to have 5 boys of his own. Two of those sons have brought 3 grandsons into the Wilson family. Even their family dogs were all boys.

And it doesn't stop there. The neighborhood where they were raised in Northern Utah had multiple families that only had boys. And the cousins they grew up with in the area also came from all-boy families. Everywhere they looked, they were surrounded by boys. And those years of shared experiences, has led to the creation of Menos Health.

The Menos Mission

As we all got older, we started heading down different paths in life. But no matter where life took us, we all experienced life-changing trials and challenges. Divorce, suicide, losing children, job loss, loneliness, depression, addiction, the list could go on and on.

But the one thing we found we all had in common was the lack of resources to help us connect, heal, and grow.

Menos Health was founded on the idea of giving men a place to find the support they need. Whatever that may look like. We believe that everyone should have someone to help pick them up when they're down or celebrate them when they're at the top.

Meet the Founder

Adam grew up in Northern Utah where he spent most of his life. He spent two years in Bogotรก, Colombia as a volunteer missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Not only did he become fluent in Spanish, but he learned countless other life lessons that helped shape him into the man he is today. He was able to teach the people of Colombia about the importance of families, how to serve and help others, and most importantly, how to find peace and joy in this life through Jesus Christ and His Gospel.

Upon his return, he studied at Utah Valley University where he received a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. He later went on to earn his Master's Degree in Business Creation from the University of Utah.

In the Fall of 2024, him and his family relocated to Central Arkansas where they hope to slow things down, get some land, and enjoy nature.
